When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Paelias was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Naal's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Naal was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
