History: He was born in the west. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
