History: The child of a Bricklayer, who enjoyed hunting, Naill was taken on many hunting expeditions. Naill liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. Through the years after Ahvain was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Rolen was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dyer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
