His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Heian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Weaver. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
