To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Galinndan. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the east to a Farmer, Laucian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has achieved small success as a Farmer.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hadarai studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
