Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Uthemar hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
