History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Lamlis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Mortician. He has never given up on his writing dream.
