History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Galinndan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Galinndan decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Galinndan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
