Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
