He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
