Personality: He is fixated on the number 63. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After months of barely getting by, Quarion managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
