Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Aust enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Aust's homeland. Aust decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Dreali alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dreali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Soveliss was born the youngest of three triplets. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to pay off his debts

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and retire the richest man in the west
