History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Rolen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rolen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and many brigands want him driven away

History: He got into the Shipwright business at a young age. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
