He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
