History: Eiravel hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of brigands

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
