History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Heian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He has taken up work as a Dilettante and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
