History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Paelias was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
