History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a blue shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Lucan hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lucan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lucan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Nim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
