He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. The war was a terrible time for him, and Laucian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Laucian was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Laucian and his spouse have recently divorced.

His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Through the years after Aust was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Aust's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Naill hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
