History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is obsessed with his god.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Rolen was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Detective and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
