Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Efferil isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he has decided he is irredeemable
