Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Mindartis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
