History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has worked as a Guard like his father before him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and sabotage a competitor
