History: Efferil hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. After a long history of fighting, Carrie and his spouse have recently divorced.
