Description: He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered red stockings. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lucan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
