History: Paelias lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Stableman. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Traki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traki. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Aelar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Aelar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
