History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Rael's homeland. Rael decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
