Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raer fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Mercenary, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Herbalist, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His childhood dream was to be a Sculptor, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Carpenter soon after.
