History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Marshal, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
