History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Peren was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Peren's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.
