Description: This man is very fat, and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is long and white with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Naill hails from a village terrorized by goblins. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly axes and rapiers. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Mindartis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Naeris was born with his father's beautiful face. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to protect his home

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has worked as a Barber like his father before him.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is unsatisfied with his job
