Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Uthemar hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his youth he was a Blacksmith, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
