Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. After months of barely getting by, Galinndan managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he seems to be bored by most things
