He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
