History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Thervan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Banker for the past few years.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new servant responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theriatis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends
