Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bowyer business.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.
