History: Naeris was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has worked as a Cartwright like his father before him.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
