His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mindartis grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born in the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naeris fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shepherd who has hired him part-time. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Riardon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
