History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Theren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Theren was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Theren decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Peren was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He tends to his Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and expand his business

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Assassin, but he got bored and became a Body Guard. He became a Body Guard soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern
