History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Fivin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Peren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
