History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He became a Merchant soon after.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Caeldrim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Raer's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raer grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.
