Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Ivellios was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ivellios's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
