Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

He prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available he will default to his sickle, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to settle down with his crush

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Hadarai lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a sword on his belt. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Paelias was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
