History: He was born in a small forest village. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: Ahvain was born with his father's beautiful face. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Scribe. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Theriatis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Theriatis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
