Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his falchion with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His brown hair is braided into rings. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Traki grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Traki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traki. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: An older man who is typically in his Ruler uniform, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Ruler soon after.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

Description: A 4'9" eastern man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Fivin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Assassin, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears baggy grey pantaloons and a black scarf. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the right. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Aelar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he desires power and/or immortality
