Description: This dark-skinned male wears a yellow vest and prefers blue and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Beiro lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
