History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Thamior took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Naal hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Nim hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
