History: Born to a Mortician, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.
