Through the years after Nim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Herbalist.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arannis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arannis. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Junk Dealer born in the past three hundred years. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
