History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with his Shipwright mother left him crippled. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

After coming to the age of reason, Korfel took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. After a long history of fighting, Korfel and his spouse have recently divorced.
